Control Panel ¹ - The Hepsia CP is a standard device solely in combination with the Debian Linux OS and is provided without charge. With Hepsia you can host unmetered domain names in one account. This is conceivable thanks to Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager menu. The other hosting CP platforms, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are available solely with CentOS. In contrast with Hepsia, with them you must use 2 autonomous account logins. This is so, since cPanel and DirectAdmin do not offer any domain name registration/transfer/administration functions. If you go for Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated server, there will be no Control Panel opportunity.

Domains Hosted ² - unmetered domains can be hosted with all offered hosting CP interfaces, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your top level domain names under one single hosting account. Sadly, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel interfaces do not provide such functionality at all - there is no Domain Manager platform and for that reason they demand TWO separate web hosting user accounts: one domain management/billing/support user account and one web site administration user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP).

Operating System ³ - you will find out that the Hepsia Control Panel is offered with Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to install it on your dedicated web server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel interfaces are available only with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
